Guest Guidelines

Please read these guidelines thoroughly, before leaving home!

Ceiling fan in bunk room may cause problems for children climbing up the ladders. Parents please supervise, and move mattresses onto floor, or turn fan off if concerned.
Be sure to leave the driveway clear so that our neighbours in the back unit have access at all times.
Mobile phone signals are poor in the unit. To make a call, the best signal is out in the front yard.
Use the bin provided in the toilet for any hygiene products other than toilet paper.

Please leave the unit as you found it, e.g. clean floors, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
Outdoor furniture into garage.
Replace anything you have broken or damaged
Throw out any used sponges.
Empty fridge and leave it on with the door shut.
Check all other powerpoints are switched off.
Check taps on washing machine are off.
Bring doormats inside.
Ensure that everything is left where you found it. For example, ALL cleaning products are to be left out of reach of children.
Replace key in security box and secure combination lock.

The phone is NOT connected at Seafarer Retreat, but a public phone is available at the nearby caravan park if you don’t have a mobile.
